Here's where I'm at on my personal journey:
I've lost 40 lbs and I'm feeling great!!!
I am still doing Jenny Craig and loving it. I did, however have a complete breakdown and make cookies with my sister the other night. But, I feel like having 2 breakdowns (or cheats at ALL) since September is doing pretty great.
I do not think Jenny Craig will be my long-term way of eating, but I DO think the best diet is the one you can stay on, and Jenny is totally working for me.
Right now I am incorporating adding in more veggies. I've been steaming my veggies a lot more and I find them delicious!!!
I also really really love pureeing my veggies once I have steamed them. Yes, it looks like baby food. But it's yummy! and this is this week's must have:
There is also an extra virgin olive oil version I haven't tried.
So, I'm feeling pretty good and well on my way to my goal!
If I can do it, so can you!
